About
Esther Elliott is a 2023 graduate of Malone University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. During her studies, Esther contributed significantly to Malone University's Office of Multicultural Services, The Aviso (the student-run paper), and the University Relations department by producing both written and video content. She served as a student leader for the Office of Multicultural Services, mentoring incoming freshmen and leading initiatives such as a 1-minute video featuring former directors.
Esther's academic experience includes writing news articles, newsletters, and student profiles. In December 2022, she collaborated with her History Senior Seminar class to present a historical research project on a church camp to the church's Sunday School class. In February 2023, Esther also facilitated a panel discussion for Black History Month, bringing together African, African-American, and Caribbean-American students to share their perspectives on African-American history.
Career Highlights
PR/Marketing Intern at The Borgen Project: Got 13 people to email congressional leaders in support of policies helping people in poverty. Raised $600 USD as part of a mandatory fundraising campaign where the goal was to raise $500 USD

Objective
To advocate for other young professionals pursuing PR, Media and Journalism and help them discover their creative sides. To make history by telling the stories of those who remain voiceless and whose names and faces remain forgotten and unheard.
