Submission Guidelines

1. Manuscript Structure(Mandatory Sections)

• Title: Clear, concise, and relevant to the research.

• Author(s) Information: Full name, designation, affiliation, and email.

• Abstract: Maximum 120 words, summarizing objectives, methods, findings, and significance.

• Keywords: Maximum 6, directly related to the research.

• Introduction: Background, research problem, objectives, and significance.

• Literature Review: Overview of previous research, theoretical framework, and gaps.

• Methodology: Explanation of data collection and data analysis methods.

• Results & Discussion: Presentation of findings with interpretation.

• Conclusion: Summary of key points, implications, and recommendations.

• References: APA format (latest edition).

• Appendices (if necessary): Additional materials like surveys, charts, or supplementary data.

• Statement of Novelty: Authors must explain how their study contributes to the field.

• Limitations & Future Research: Authors should acknowledge study limitations and suggest areas for further research.

• Ethical Considerations: If human subjects are involved, authors must confirm adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Acknowledgments: Recognizing funding bodies, institutions, or individuals who contributed but are not co-authors.

2. Ethical and Quality Standards

• AI Detection: Maximum AI use is 2%, strictly limiting AI-generated content - The journal employs AI detection tools to ensure the authenticity of submitted manuscripts. We allow a maximum of 2% AI-generated content, strictly limiting the use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, or similar platforms. Authors must disclose any use of such tools and are fully responsible for reviewing and verifying all content. Manuscripts exceeding the permitted AI threshold or containing AI-generated data, analysis, or conclusions without proper disclosure will be rejected. This policy aligns with our commitment to ethical publishing and transparency, in accordance with COPE and Scopus standards.

• Plagiarism: Maximum 10%, with strict originality checks.

• Citations and References: Properly cited using APA format to avoid academic misconduct.

• Authorship Ethics: All listed authors must have substantial contributions to the paper.

• Conflict of Interest: Authors must declare any potential conflicts related to their research.

• Data Authenticity Verification: Authors may need to provide raw data for validation.

• Multiple Submissions Ban: Authors must confirm that their paper is not under review elsewhere.

• Self-Citation Limit: Self-citations should not exceed 20 percent of total references.

• Predatory Journals Awareness: Papers should not cite unverified or questionable sources.

• Author Contribution Statement: Each author should specify their role in research, such as conceptualization, data analysis, or writing.

 

3. Formatting and Submission Guidelines

• File Format: Word document (.docx) or PDF.

• Font and Spacing: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced.

• Word Limit: Suggested 3,000 – 8,000 words, including references.

• Figures and Tables: Properly labeled, high-quality, and cited within the text.

• Manuscript Templates: Authors should follow the journal’s standard template for consistency.

• Plagiarism Report Submission: Authors must provide a Turnitin or iThenticate report.

• AI-Assisted Language Check: Tools like Grammarly may be used for clarity, within the 2 percent AI limit.

• Blockchain for Research Integrity: Future consideration for authenticity verification.

• Automated Citations and Formatting: Authors are encouraged to use citation managers like Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote.

 

4. Review and Editorial Process

• Initial Screening: Checked for formatting, plagiarism, AI use, and ethical compliance.

• Peer Review: Double-blind review, with at least two independent reviewers evaluating each submission.

• Revision and Resubmission: Authors may be required to revise based on reviewer feedback.

• Final Approval: Editor-in-Chief grants approval for publication.

• Reviewer Rewards Program: Reviewers may receive certificates or discounts on publication fees.

• Open Peer Review Option: Authors and reviewers can opt for disclosed feedback.

 

5. Journal Recognition and Indexing

• ISSN Registration: E-ISSN 3066-9421, Volume 1, Issue 1, January-June 2025.

• DOI Assignment: Digital Object Identifiers (DOI) will be assigned for citation tracking.

• Indexing: The journal will work towards inclusion in Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar.

• CrossRef Integration: Ensuring proper citation and research tracking.

 

6. Journal Accessibility and Engagement

• Open Access Model: The journal will determine whether articles are freely accessible or require a subscription.

• Article Processing Charges (APC): A structured fee system may be implemented.
