My name is Deepshikha Maan. I am a research scholar at Lovely Professional University in Punjab, India. I completed my Bachelor of Commerce at Maharshi Dayanand University in Haryana, India, followed by a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Education at Chaudhary Bansilal University, also in Haryana. I obtained my Master of Business Administration from Guru Jambeshwar University in Haryana.

I have presented seven research papers at both national and international conferences on various topics & also participated in various conferences and workshops.

I have contributed chapters to three books published by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu, the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur, and Eudoxia Research University, New Castle, USA. Additionally, I hold a copyright for my conceptual framework addressing key antecedents of E-Service Quality and E-Recovery Service Quality.
