Early Life: A Childhood Shaped by Hardship


Born on 5 August 1991 in Chirlavancha village, Telangana, Dr. Azam Ali grew up in a financially struggling household. His father, a lorry driver, and his mother, a daily wage labourer, faced constant challenges in providing basic necessities. Life took a harsher turn when his father left the family, placing the entire burden on his mother.

At a young age, Azam was forced to discontinue his education and work as a poster boy, pasting advertisements on walls to support his family. However, a simple yet powerful message “Education for All” sparked a turning point in his life. With the support of his teachers, he returned to school, setting the foundation for an extraordinary journey.


Academic Excellence Against All Odds


Despite limited resources, Dr. Azam Ali excelled academically. He secured top ranks during his schooling and intermediate education, earning state-level recognition. His pursuit of higher education led him to complete a Bachelor’s degree, followed by a Master’s in English Literature.


Coming from a Telugu medium background, mastering English was a significant challenge. Yet, through persistence, continuous practice, and mentorship, he overcame linguistic barriers. His dedication culminated in earning a Ph.D. in English from Kakatiya University, marking a milestone that many in similar circumstances only dream of achieving.


The Power of Language: Turning Weakness into Strength


A defining moment in his life occurred when he was unable to speak in English at a national event. That moment of embarrassment became his motivation to master the language. Today, he is not only fluent in English but also trains thousands of students in communication skills, personality development, and career readiness transforming his past weakness into a tool for empowering others.


Commitment to Social Service


Dr. Azam Ali’s journey is not limited to academic success; it is deeply rooted in service to society. His association with the National Service Scheme (NSS) shaped his vision for community development. From disaster relief and environmental campaigns to literacy drives and health awareness programs, his contributions have touched countless lives.

His dedication earned him prestigious honours, including the President of India NSS National Award 2012-13  and the National Youth Award 2017-18 by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India recognizing his exceptional service to the nation.


Educator, Mentor, and Thought Leader


With over a decade of teaching experience, Dr. Azam Ali has trained more than 20,000 students across India. As an Assistant Professor of English and academic leader, he has contributed to curriculum development, research publications, and student mentorship.


His students regard him not just as a teacher but as a life guide someone who inspires them to believe in their potential and overcome challenges.


Chamak Foundation: Education as Empowerment


Driven by his belief that education is the most powerful tool for social change, Dr. Azam Ali founded the Chamak Foundation in 2023. Chamak Foundation ( Chamak Padhai Se) Non profit organisation, In Telangana state. The organization focuses on empowering underprivileged children through education, skill development, and mentorship.


Through initiatives such as free English classes, library development in rural schools, and financial support for higher education, the foundation is creating opportunities for those who need them the most.

Dr. Azam Ali’s contributions have been widely recognized through numerous awards and honours, including:

  • Moulana Azad National award 2018

  • Rashtriya Gaurav Samman 2019

His achievements also include delivering over 1,000 motivational lectures and receiving more than 150 certifications testimony to his dedication and influence.
