Worcester, Massachusetts – The New England Patriots start their season at home this upcoming Sunday against the Raiders. Worcester’s own and 98.5 The Sports Hub’s Time McKone has high hopes about the Patriots this year, and adores their chances against the Raiders on Sunday.

"I think this is the perfect measuring stick game for the New England Patriots," said McKone. "Because to me the Raiders are the definition of average team in the NFL so if you can pull out a win here I think that's a sign that you're going to have something cooking here in New England in terms of this season.  And if you're competitive in this game, I think that's a sign that you're gonna take that next step from going from 4 win team to 8 or 9 win team so I think this is the perfect opportunity and a perfect landing spot for the Patriots."
