FLO released their Sophomore Album, Therapy At The Club, on August 7, 2026, via Republic Records. Their second album is to recreate the club. It is not only nightlife, but also a site of confession, release, and self-possession around the emotions of the party. It is considered a therapy session. It travels into the dark, blissful R&B and pop with melodic storytelling; this project explores the themes of desire, heartbreak, and healing. It represents their creativity with widespread songwriting and production credits.
The London-based powerhouse vocal trio released their new single, Cry Ugly, on the same day. It features a music video. They showcased and embraced their authenticity. They combined it with a beautiful, glamorous fashion style and outstanding dance choreography.
