Lifetime is ready to release Toni Braxton’s upcoming film, “Breathe Again”.
The film stars Toni Braxton, Cree Summer, Essence Atkins, and airs on January 24 at 8 PM EST on Lifetime.
“Breathe Again” is named after Braxton's 1993 hit single, following her previous film, “He Wasn’t Man Enough,” which premiered in November 2025.
The story on “Breathe Again”, it “follows three women — Jennifer (Braxton), Vanessa (Summer), and Evelyn (Atkins) — who meet as contestants on a reality dating show and suffer heartbreak under the spotlight. Their shared rejection sparks an unlikely sisterhood that carries them from Los Angeles to a new life in Seattle. There, they navigate fresh starts, second chances, and the messy, hilarious realities of dating, friendship, and family.”
Braxton is planning to participate with New Edition on The New Edition Way Tour as the opening act. The 30-city R&B concert, which also features Boyz II Men that begins on January 28 in Oakland.
