Worcester, Massachusetts — On June 10, at the Jean McDonough Arts Center, Shrewsbury author Adriana Vaccaro revealed her inspiration and faith about her latest book entitled “Culture-Minded”, which could support coaches, parents, and businesses to improve, and with that support, society to grow and nourish.

"Culture work at it's core is humanistic work,"  said Vaccaro. "So if you think about a business, a strategy, a goal, a team, any goal that you want to achieve you're working with people, so this framework is actually prescriptive.  It's six simple tools that are powerful, grounded in the science of improvement and also backed by neuroscience and research so if you want to be a better leader, if you want to be a better parent, if you want to be a better human, and also improving humanity as you do the work this is the book for you."

The book is called “Culture-Minded Six Tools to Transform Organizational Culture and Empower Humanity,” by Adriana Vaccaro.
