In a powerful address to the nation’s youth, the Prime Minister called upon young professionals to step forward and take a more active role in shaping the future of the country. Emphasizing the vital importance of youth engagement in national development, he noted that the skills, energy, and fresh perspectives of young people are essential to addressing the complex challenges of the modern era.

Speaking at a national leadership forum, the Prime Minister underscored that matters of national importance such as economic reform, climate resilience, education policy, innovation, and good governance require the involvement of the country’s emerging leaders. He urged young professionals not to remain passive observers but to engage critically, contribute solutions, and actively participate in public discourse and decision making processes.

“Young professionals are not just the leaders of tomorrow they are key stakeholders of today,” the Prime Minister stated. He highlighted the transformative potential of youth led innovation in sectors ranging from technology to public service and encouraged institutions to provide platforms for youth engagement and empowerment.

The Prime Minister also addressed the need for intergenerational dialogue and mentorship, where experienced leaders guide and collaborate with younger counterparts to ensure continuity, accountability, and progress. He stressed that civic responsibility goes beyond voting and includes active involvement in community development, policy advocacy, and nation-building efforts.

The message was well-received by civil society groups, academia, and youth organizations, many of whom echoed the call for increased representation of young voices in governance and institutional reform.

As the country navigates a critical juncture in its development path, the Prime Minister’s appeal serves as a reminder that national progress is a collective endeavor one that demands the vision, courage, and commitment of its young professionals.
