To the majority, the word "blockchain" naturally brings visions of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Yet, application of blockchain technology extends well beyond digital currencies. Businesses need to know where transparency, security, and decentralization truly add value. No less important is investing money in compliance and working with regulators to create systems that are compliant and innovative.
