Kehlani has received a Best R&B Performance award for Folded at the 2026 Grammy Awards. They detrowned out the above songs by Chris Brown and Bryson Tiller (It Depends), Justin Bieber (“Yukon”), Leon Thomas (“Mutt”), and Summer Walker (Heart of a Woman). This is Kehlani’s first Grammy win in her music career.
Additionally, the Oakland-native songstress received another Grammy for Best R&B Song, “Folded”.
“I’ve never won anything before, this is a really crazy feeling,” said Kehlani. “My first time being nominated for a Grammy was 10 years ago. It’s been a really long time, and nobody who has ever come along this journey with me I take for granted.” Kehlani finished the speech as she stated, “Fuck ICE”.
