Kehlani released her self-titled album on April 24, 2026, via Atlantic Records. It is her fifth studio album, and it came out on the songstress’s 31st Birthday, simultaneously.
Khris Riddick-Thynes became an executive producer. The 17-track album features
guest appearances and three released singles: Back and Forth, Out The Window, and Folded.

The two-time Grammy Award winner explained the development of her self-titled album in a Vibe interview with Editor Adelle Platon.
“I want people to hear this album and think this is very high quality,” said the singer. “There was a lot of intention and a lot of skill put in this. I just want people to take away that good-quality R&B is actually genius, and it deserves to be respected at its core without having to be changed or modified.”
